We’re looking for a passionate Videographer who thrives behind the camera — someone who knows how to make visuals feel alive. From cinematic storytelling to fast-paced social trends, you’ll capture stunning footage for restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands. You should understand your gear inside and out, communicate clearly on set, and collaborate seamlessly with creative directors, models, and staff to bring ideas to life. This role is perfect for a visual storyteller who loves creative challenges, teamwork, and turning everyday moments into captivating content.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality footage for social media, ads, and branded campaigns.
• Set up and manage lighting, tripods, stabilizers, and other gear on set.
• Record and monitor audio for interviews, ambient sound, and voiceovers.
• Collaborate with creative directors, staff, and models to achieve desired shots and performance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively during production.
• Back up, organize, and deliver footage promptly.
• Assist in creative planning, shot lists, and on-set direction.
• Maintain consistency with brand style and tone across projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven videography experience with a strong visual portfolio.
• Deep understanding of manual camera operation (Sony ecosystem preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of lighting setups, audio recording, and composition.
• Confident working with people on set and giving direction.
• Reliable, organized, and deadline-driven with excellent communication.
• Strong creative sense for pacing, storytelling, and trends.
• Personal transportation required for on-site shoots.

Brownie Points

• Experience creating treatments or moodboards for shoots.
• Experience with multicam setups or gimbal operation.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Background in hospitality, lifestyle, or fashion industries.
• Passion for visual storytelling and keeping up with creative trends.
