Job description
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee content, strategy, and engagement across multiple hospitality brands. You’ll plan campaigns, manage content calendars, and ensure every post reflects the brand’s tone, style, and goals.
Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms.
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules.
- Create and capture content on-site at client locations (photo and video).
- Write captions, calls-to-action, and campaign copy.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers.
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for growth.
- Engage with followers and maintain brand presence online.
- Stay current on trends, sounds, and platform updates.
Required skills & experience
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
- Understanding of analytics and content performance.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.
- Personal transportation required for on-site shoots.
Brownie Points
- Experience in hospitality, food, or lifestyle industries.
- Background managing social media presences for brands
- Skills in photography, videography, or content creation.
- Basic design ability (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with paid ad management (Meta, Google).
