We’re looking for a skilled Photographer with an eye for storytelling, composition, and people. You should know how to make food, spaces, and personalities come alive — whether that’s through dynamic lifestyle shots or beautifully staged details. Confidence and communication are key; you’ll often direct models, creators, and restaurant or hotel staff to achieve the perfect shot. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating visuals that feel as good as they look, this is your role.

Duties & responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo content on-site at restaurants, hotels, and events.
• Direct and coach models, staff, or talent during shoots to bring energy and authenticity.
• Execute both static compositions and dynamic, movement-driven shots.
• Edit and color-correct RAW images using Adobe Lightroom.
• Work efficiently and creatively under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align with brand aesthetics and shot lists.
• Maintain organized file management and timely delivery of final images.

Required skills & experience

• Proven photography experience with a strong visual portfolio.
• Operate and manage studio strobes, flashes, and continuous lighting setups.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and RAW photo editing.
• Comfortable shooting in manual mode with studio and natural light.
• Confident working with and directing people on set.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.
• Personal transportation required for on-site shoots.
• Sony ecosystem experience preferred but not required.

Brownie Points

• Creative staging and prop styling skills.
• Experience with hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands.
• Clean, well-maintained hands or nails for hand modeling/staging when needed.
