Job Description
We’re looking for a Marketing and Ads Specialist who understands both the art and the science of digital marketing. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. This role requires someone who knows how to turn data into decisions — crafting campaigns that convert and strategies that scale. If you love analytics, creative testing, and the process of refining campaigns that actually perform, you’ll fit right in.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Create and monitor multi-stage TOF / MOF / BOF sales funnels and retargeting sequences.
- Implement and maintain tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and reach.
- Build and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align visuals and copy with campaign objectives.
- Test and refine creative variations to identify high-performing content.
- Brainstorm and pitch innovative marketing ideas that drive measurable growth.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on performance data.
- Familiarity with sales funnels, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current platform trends and ad creative best practices.
Brownie Points
- Ability to create ad creatives (graphics, short-form videos, headlines, and hooks).
- Experience using third-party management tools (like GoHighLevel or Metricool).
- Background in hospitality or lifestyle marketing.
- Familiarity with email automation tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Meta Ads or Google ads certification
